Hello LLSC Members, 

We are excited to announce that the Lawrence Irany Great Relay Race is happening this summer - Saturday, July 29th! We know you have been practicing all year long and have been busy organizing your team.  

NEW FOR 2023:  

  • Please register your team in advance this year and pay via e-transfer UPON REGISTRATION using this link.

  • You have the option to buy a Lawrence Irany Great Relay Race t-shirts on site! We have limited quantities & all proceeds go to the club.

Here's a little refresher of how the Great Relay Race works. Your team of 6 will complete the following:  

  • Bike 6.5km (1 person) 

  • Run 4.5 km (1 person)  

  • Canoe 2.5 km (2 people & runner) 

  • Kayak 1.5 km (1 person) 

  • Swim 500m (1 person) 

 

Here are the 2023 medal categories:

  • 1st Overall 

  • 2nd Overall 

  • 3rd Overall 

  • 1st overall Ladies 

  • 1st overall senior (55+) 

  • 1st overall ladies (40+) 

  • 1st overall junior (14 & under) 

  • Youngest participant 

  • Best Costume

INSCRIPTION

Voici un petit rappel du fonctionnement de la Grande Course de Relais. Votre équipe de 6 effectuera les tâches suivantes :

  • Vélo 6.5km (1 personne)

  • Courez 4,5 km (1 personne)

  • Canoë 2,5 km (2 personnes + coureur)

  • Kayak 1,5 km (1 personne)

  • Nager 500m (1 personne)
